Information received
When you send a project inquiry, VITREVIA Displays may receive your name, company, work email, country, project stage, quantity, target timeline, project description, drawings, certification requirements and other files you choose to provide. The inquiry may also include its landing page, referring page and campaign parameters so the source of the request can be understood.
How information is used
Project information is used to respond to the inquiry, understand technical requirements, prepare an engineering review and coordinate subsequent project discussions.
Website analytics and cookies
The website may use HubSpot analytics and, with advertising consent, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API signals to understand visits, campaign sources and successful project enquiries. Cookie categories are controlled by the displayed consent choices. Meta receives conversion identifiers and structured attribution signals, not project messages, technical specifications, drawings or uploaded files. After a visitor submits a project inquiry, the submitted work email may be associated with that visitor's website activity in HubSpot so the inquiry source and relevant page history can be understood.
Project service providers
Hosting, email, file-transfer and project-management providers may process information when required to operate the website and respond to the inquiry. Project information is shared with engineering or manufacturing participants only where it is relevant to the requested work.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained for project follow-up, technical traceability and applicable business-record requirements. Access is limited to people and providers involved in website operation or project review.
Requests and contact
Questions about submitted information, or requests to access, correct or delete it, can be sent to projects@vitreviadisplays.com. Contractual and record-retention requirements may affect how a request is completed.
