MOQ depends on the product family, customization level and production route. Share the required quantity and project stage so we can confirm whether a sample, pilot or production order is appropriate.

After the configuration, quantity and delivery scope are defined.

Product availability, engineering work, approval steps, destination and shipping method all affect timing. The committed schedule is recorded in the quotation, proposal or order instead of estimated from a generic product category.

The written quotation records the Incoterm, destination, shipping mode, packing method and delivery responsibility. We confirm the suitable options against the product, destination and project schedule.

Warranty coverage and recommended spares are defined per project.

The proposal states the warranty period, covered items, exclusions and remedy process. Spare quantities depend on the product family, installation scale, service access, operating duty and required recovery time.

The agreed system scope can include media players or embedded compute, content requirements, CMS and control software, touch, IR, vision, NFC, readers and other specified interfaces.
