Prototype release

Input: Approved architecture and drawings.

Work: Coordinate samples, fixtures, firmware and physical assembly.

Output: Prototype build package.

Gate: Build is released with revision control.

Validation

Input: Prototype, test plan and acceptance criteria.

Work: Run functional, visual, dimensional and interface checks.

Output: Validation record and issue closure plan.

Gate: Known risks are resolved or accepted.

Revision

Input: Validation findings and customer feedback.

Work: Update drawings, BOM, software and process details.

Pilot production

Production control

Work: Coordinate manufacturing, inspection, packing and logistics readiness.

Output: Production and shipment package.

Handover

Input: Final units, documentation and version records.
